( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ وَمَعْنَاهُ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ: عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ:
" لَا يَحِلُّ لِرَجُلٍ يُعْطِي عَطِيَّةً أَوْ يَهَبُ هِبَةً، فَيَرْجِعُ فِيهَا، إِلَّا الْوَالِدَ فِيمَا يُعْطِي وَلَدَهُ
