( ح. وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا هُدْبَةُ، ثَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ
