( وَرَوَاهُ ) يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ مُطْلَقًا. ( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ أَبِي حَامِدٍ الْمُقْرِي، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، وَأَبُو صَادِقِ بْنُ أَبِي الْفَوَارِسِ، قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْبَيْرُوتِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ شَابُورَ، عَنْ شَيْبَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، ( ح ). وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، ثَنَا هِشَامٌ، كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ؛ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

" الْعُمْرَى لِمَنْ وُهِبَتْ لَهُ. وَفِي رِوَايَةِ شَيْبَانَ: قَضَى فِي الْعُمْرَى أَنَّهَا لِمَنْ وُهِبَتْ لَهُ
