( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَعْقِلٍ، ثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ، ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ:
أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ ؓ كَانَ قَدْ حَبَسَ دَارَهُ الَّتِي فِي الْبَقِيعِ، وَدَارَهُ الَّتِي عِنْدَ الْمَسْجِدِ، وَكَتَبَ فِي كِتَابِ حَبْسِهِ: عَلَى مَا حَبَسَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَالَ مَالِكٌ، وَحَبْسُ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عِنْدِي، قَالَ: وَكَانَ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ ؓ يَسْكُنُ مَنْزِلًا فِي دَارِهِ الَّتِي حَبَسَ عِنْدَ الْمَسْجِدِ حَتَّى مَاتَ فِيهِ، وَقَدْ كَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ؓ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ حَبَسَ دَارَهُ وَكَانَ يَسْكُنُ مَسْكَنًا فِيهَا
