( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ عَوْفٍ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
" حَرِيمُ الْبِئْرِ: أَرْبَعُونَ ذِرَاعًا مِنْ جَوَانِبِهَا كُلِّهَا، لِأَعْطَانِ الْإِبِلِ وَالْغَنَمِ، وَابْنُ السَّبِيلِ أَوَّلُ شَارِبٍ، وَلَا يُمْنَعُ فَضْلُ مَاءٍ؛ لِيُمْنَعَ بِهِ الْكَلَأُ
