أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قِيلَ:
يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَنَتَوَضَّأُ بِمَا أَفْضَلَتِ الْحُمُرُ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ وَبِمَا أَفْضَلَتِ السِّبَاعُ كُلُّهَا.
