✧ A Dhimmi Is Not Allowed to Revive It Because the Messenger of Allah Granted It to Whoever Revives It Among the Muslims

( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا ابْنُ نَاجِيَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

" مَوَتَانُ الْأَرْضِ لِلهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ، فَمَنْ أَحْيَا مِنْهَا شَيْئًا فَهِيَ لَهُ
