( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

" عَادِيُّ الْأَرْضِ لِلهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ، ثُمَّ لَكُمْ مِنْ بَعْدُ، فَمَنْ أَحْيَا شَيْئًا مِنْ مَوَتَانِ الْأَرْضِ فَلَهُ رَقَبَتُهَا
