Translation

Machine translation, not reviewed

It was only narrated by Ibn Jurayj, from ʿAmr b. Dīnār, from ʿUrwah b. al-Zubayr, as his own statement. Abū ʿAbdillāh informed us: Abū ʿAlī informed us: ʿAlī b. al-Ḥasan b. Salamah informed us: Mūsā b. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān al-Masrūqī narrated to us: Abū Usāmah narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj. So the narration of Naṣr b. ʿAlī, from Abū Usāmah, with this wording became defective (maʿlūl), and it is possible that Abū Usāmah narrated it in both forms.
