( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَشْتَرِطُ عَلَى الَّذِي يُكْرِيهِ أَرْضَهُ أَنْ لَا يَعُرَّهَا، وَذَلِكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدَعَ عَبْدُ اللهِ الْكِرَاءَ
