أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو النَّضْرِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ، ( ح )، قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى، قَالَا: ثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْعَطَّارُ، ثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ:
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ دَخَلَ نَخْلًا لِأُمِّ مُبَشِّرٍ - امْرَأَةٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ - فَقَالَ: " مَنْ غَرَسَ هَذَا ؟ مُسْلِمٌ أَوْ كَافِرٌ ؟ " فَقَالُوا: مُسْلِمٌ، فَقَالَ: لَا يَغْرِسُ مُسْلِمٌ غَرْسًا فَأَكَلَ مِنْهُ إِنْسَانٌ أَوْ طَيْرٌ أَوْ دَابَّةٌ، إِلَّا كَانَتْ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ
