( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:
أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَنِ اسْتِكْرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ
