( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَإِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ؛

أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ، فَقَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ بِبَعْضِ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا، قَالَ: فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ كِرَائِهَا بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ، فَقَالَ: لَا بَأْسَ بِكِرَائِهَا بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ
