( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ، وَأَنْبَأَ أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ، قَالَا: ثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْبَجَلِيُّ، ثَنَا سَلْمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْوَرَّاقُ، ثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ
