( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، قَالَ:
إِنْ أَقَرَّ الْمَرِيضُ لِوَارِثٍ أَوْ لِغَيْرِ وَارِثٍ جَازَ
