أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، ثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
" إِذَا ضَاعَ لِأَحَدِكُمْ مَتَاعٌ أَوْ سُرِقَ لَهُ مَتَاعٌ فَوَجَدَهُ فِي يَدِ رَجُلٍ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ وَيَرْجِعُ الْمُشْتَرِي عَلَى الْبَائِعِ بِالثَّمَنِ
