وَفِيمَا أَجَازَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ رِوَايَتَهُ عَنْهُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنِ الشَّافِعِيِّ، قَالَ: أَنْبَأَ مُطَرِّفُ بْنُ مَازِنٍ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ:
أَنَّ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ قَضَى فِيمَنِ ارْتَهَنَ نَخْلًا مُثْمِرًا فَلْيَحْسُبِ الْمُرْتَهِنُ ثَمَرَتَهَا مِنْ رَأْسِ الْمَالِ
