( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ، ثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الْمُبَارَكِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ رُزَيْقٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ رَاعٍ فِي غَنَمِهِ أَوْ رَاعٍ تُصِيبُهُ جَنَابَةٌ وَبَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْمَاءِ مِيلَانِ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةٌ، قَالَ: يَتَيَمَّمُ صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا
