( أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: عَمْرٌو، أَخْبَرَنِي، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ، قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، عَنِ السَّلَمِ فِي النَّخْلِ، قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ، قَالَ: فَسَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ حَتَّى يَأْكُلَ مِنْهُ، أَوْ يُؤْكَلَ، وَحَتَّى يُوزَنَ
