( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، ( ح ): وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:
أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يَبِيعَ الرَّجُلُ شَيْئًا إِلَى أَجَلٍ لَيْسَ عِنْدَهُ أَصْلُهُ
