أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، ثَنَا الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، ( ح )، قَالَ: وَأَنْبَأَ سُلَيْمَانُ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ( ح ): وَأَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، ثَنَا السَّرِيُّ بْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَا: ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمِنْهَالِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:

قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمَدِينَةَ وَهُمْ يُسْلِفُونَ فِي الثِّمَارِ السَّنَتَيْنِ وَالثَّلَاثَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: أَسْلِفُوا فِي الثِّمَارِ فِي كَيْلٍ مَعْلُومٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ
