( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:

أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ السَّلَفَ الْمَضْمُونَ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى قَدْ أَحَلَّهُ اللهُ فِي كِتَابِهِ وَأَذِنَ فِيهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا تَدَايَنْتُمْ بِدَيْنٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى فَاكْتُبُوهُ
