أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شَاذَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي مُعَلَّى، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَجْنَبَ الرَّجُلُ فِي السَّفَرِ تَلَوَّمَ مَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ آخِرِ الْوَقْتِ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدِ الْمَاءَ تَيَمَّمَ وَصَلَّى
