( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ:
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَاءِ فِي الْقِرَبِ ؟ فَقَالَ: هَذَا يَنْزِعُهُ وَيَحْمِلُهُ، لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ، لَيْسَ كَفَضْلِ الْمَاءِ الَّذِي يَذْهَبُ فِي الْأَرْضِ
