( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، ثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي وَهْبٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى: أَنَّ نَافِعًا حَدَّثَهُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ. وَعَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ قَالَ:

مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَلَهُ مَالُهُ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنُهُ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ، وَمَنْ أَبَّرَ نَخْلًا فَبَاعَهُ بَعْدَ تَوْبِيرِهِ فَلَهُ ثَمَرَتُهُ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
