( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الْقَاضِي إِمْلَاءً، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبُوشَنْجِيُّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ الْفَرَّاءُ مَحْبُوبُ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ الزَّيَّاتِ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ:

أَتَى رَجُلٌ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَسْأَلُهُ، فَاسْتَسْلَفَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ شَطْرَ وَسْقٍ فَأَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ، فَجَاءَ الرَّجُلُ يَتَقَاضَاهُ، فَأَعْطَاهُ وَسْقًا، وَقَالَ: نِصْفٌ لَكَ قَضَاءٌ، وَنِصْفٌ لَكَ نَائِلٌ مِنْ عِنْدِي
