( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ النَّسَوِيُّ الْفَقِيهُ بِالدَّامَغَانِ مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ، ثَنَا الْخَلِيلُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ النَّسَوِيُّ أَمْلَاهُ عَلَيْنَا إِمْلَاءً، ثَنَا خِدَاشُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، ثَنَا يَعِيشُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
غَبْنُ الْمُسْتَرْسِلِ رِبًا
