( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الطُّوسِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ السَّخْتِيَانِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ

نَهَى عَنْ تَلَقِّي الْجَلَبِ، قَالَ: فَإِنْ تَلَقَّاهُ مُتَلَقٍّ فَصَاحِبُ السِّلْعَةِ فِيهَا بِالْخِيَارِ إِذَا وَرَدَتِ السُّوقَ
