أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، أَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سَالِمٍ الْمَكِّيِّ أَنَّ أَعْرَابِيًّا حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ:

قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ بِحَلُوبَةٍ لِي عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَنَزَلْتُ عَلَى طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ فَقُلْتُ: إِنِّي لَا عِلْمَ لِي بِأَهْلِ هَذِهِ السُّوقِ، فَلَوْ بِعْتَ لِي، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ، وَلَكِنِ اذْهَبْ إِلَى السُّوقِ، فَإِنْ جَاءَكَ مَنْ يُبَايِعُكَ فَشَاوِرْنِي حَتَّى آمُرَكَ أَوْ أَنْهَاكَ

    ورواه عمرو بن الحارث وابن لهيعة عن سالم أبي النضر عن رجل من بني تميم عن أبيه عن طلحة وهو الصواب
