( وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
لَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ
