( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مَالِكٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ قَالَ:
سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا يُقَالُ لَهُ: شَهْرٌ، كَانَ تَاجِرًا، وَهُوَ يَسْأَلُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُزَايَدَةِ، فَقَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَبِيعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يَذَرَ، إِلَّا الْغَنَائِمَ وَالْمَوَارِيثَ
