أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي دَاوُدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ وَغَيْرُهُ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ شُعَيْبٍ أَخْبَرَهُمْ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ

نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعٍ وَسَلَفٍ، وَعَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ فِي صَفْقَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ.
