( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ بِمَرْوَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ، وَعَنْ قَتْلِ الْوِلْدَانِ، وَعَنْ شِرَاءِ الْمَغْنَمِ حَتَّى يُقْسَمَ
