أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَا: ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ: قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، أَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ وَالْقَعْنَبِيُّ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ أَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ وَلِيدَةً فَتُعْتِقَهَا، فَقَالَ أَهْلُهَا: نَبِيعُكِ عَلَى أَنَّ وَلَاءَهَا لَنَا، فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: لَا يَمْنَعُكِ ذَلِكَ، فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
