( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي اللَّيْثِ، ثَنَا الْأَشْجَعِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُشْتَرِي
