( ح قَالَ: وَأَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ قَالَ: وَأَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ عَنْ أَبِي مُعَيْدٍ حَفْصِ بْنِ غَيْلَانَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَعَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُهُ لَهُ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنُهُ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ، وَمَنْ أَبَّرَ نَخْلًا فَبَاعَ بَعْدَمَا يُؤَبِّرُهُ فَلَهُ ثَمَرَتُهُ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
