( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْفَحَّامُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:

أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ مَمْلُوكًا لَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُهُ لِرَبِّهِ الْأَوَّلِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ، وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِرَبِّهَا الْأَوَّلِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
