( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، أَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، أَنَا اللَّيْثُ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ وَفِي فَوَائِدِهِ، أَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبْدُوسٍ الْعَنَزِيُّ بِانْتِخَابِ أَبِي عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظِ، ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ وَابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ أَنَّ اللَّيْثَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ حَدَّثَهُمْ، حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

مَنْ أَعْتَقَ عَبْدًا فَمَالُهُ لَهُ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ السَّيِّدُ مَالَهُ فَيَكُونَ لَهُ
