( أَخْبَرَنَا ) الشَّيْخُ أَبُو الْفَتْحِ الْعُمَرِيُّ، أَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ الشُّرَيْحِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْبَغَوِيُّ، ثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ، ثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ غَيْلَانَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى
سُئِلَ عَنِ الْأَمَةِ تُبَاعُ وَلَهَا زَوْجٌ، أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ ؓ قَضَى أَنَّهُ عَيْبٌ تُرَدُّ مِنْهُ
