( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْكَارِزِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنَا الشَّيْبَانِيُّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا اشْتَرَى مِنْ رَجُلٍ غُلَامًا، فَأَصَابَ مِنْ غَلَّتِهِ، ثُمَّ وَجَدَ بِهِ دَاءً كَانَ عِنْدَ الْبَائِعِ، فَخَاصَمَهُ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ، فَقَالَ: رُدَّ الدَّاءَ بِدَائِهِ، وَلَكَ الْغَلَّةُ بِالضَّمَانِ
