( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ، يَعْنِي عَبَّاسَ بْنَ الْفَضْلِ، ثَنَا عَيَّاشٌ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، ثَنَا قُرَّةُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
مَنِ اشْتَرَى مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ، فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ لَا سَمْرَاءَ
