( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِمِثْلِهِ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ لَا سَمْرَاءَ
