( وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ حَفْصٍ الْمُقْرِي، بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، نَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ:

فِي الرَّجُلِ تُصِيبُهُ الْجَنَابَةُ وَبِهِ الْجِرَاحَةُ، يَخَافُ إِذَا اغْتَسَلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ قَالَ: فَلْيَتَيَمَّمْ وَلْيُصَلِّ

    رواه علي بن عاصم عن عطاء ورفعه إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ووقفه ورقاء وأبو عوانة وغيرهما وهو الصواب
