( حَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: أَشْهَدُ عَلَى الصَّادِقِ الْمَصْدُوقِ أَبِي الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
بَيْعُ الْمُحَفَّلَاتِ خِلَابَةٌ، وَلَا تَحِلُّ خِلَابَةٌ لِمُسْلِمٍ
