10820 - ( وَرَوَاهُ ) أَبُو دَاوُدَ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ فَقَالَ: نَهَى أَوْ نُهِيَ. أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، فَذَكَرَهُ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: كَأَنَّهُ يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فِي قَوْلِهِ: نَهَى. ( وَرَوَاهُ ) يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: قُلْتَ: عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ ؟ قَالَ:
