( حَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْعَلَوِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو حَامِدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ السُّلَمِيُّ قَالَا: ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ وَعَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بَعَثَ عَتَّابَ بْنَ أَسِيدٍ، فَنَهَاهُ عَنْ شَرْطَيْنِ فِي بَيْعٍ، وَعَنْ سَلَفٍ وَبَيْعٍ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ، وَعَنْ رِبْحِ مَا لَمْ تَضْمَنْ
