( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَسَنُ، يَعْنِي ابْنَ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا حِبَّانُ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ:

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَرْخَصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا أَنْ تُبَاعَ بِخَرْصِهَا كَيْلًا، قَالَ مُوسَى: وَالْعَرَايَا نَخَلَاتٌ مَعْلُومَاتٌ، يَأْتِيهَا فَيَشْتَرِيهَا
