( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ حَدَّثَهُ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ رَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرِيَّةِ يَأْخُذُهَا أَهْلُ الْبَيْتِ بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا يَأْكُلُونَهَا رُطَبًا
