( أَخْبَرَنَا ) يَحْيَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى فِي آخَرِينَ قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَهْلَ بْنَ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ يَقُولُ:
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ رَخَّصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرِيَّةِ أَنْ تُبَاعَ بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا يَأْكُلُهَا أَهْلُهَا رُطَبًا
