( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْعَلَوِيُّ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ السُّلَمِيُّ قَالَا: ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ:

رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ تُبَاعَ الْعَرَايَا بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا
